The Creative Director of Virgin Wines, needed us to investigate voucher redemption flows for new subscribers, project details pages, case detail pages, gift detail pages and the wine review system.

Problem:
During our research, we found that the site was overly text-heavy and lacked consistent brand identity across its pages. Certain sections were not engaging enough to capture users' attention, which likely led to a diminished interest in exploring events or completing checkouts.
