Project description

The Creative Director of Virgin Wines, needed us to investigate voucher redemption flows for new subscribers, project details pages, case detail pages, gift detail pages and the wine review system.

Focus is on improvements to their:

  • Live Events Page

  • Checkout

Design & Prototyping

Collaborated with designers in Figma to create the most effective designs based on user feedback to enhance the overall experience

Testing & Optimization

Users tested the previous website, and the redesigns that were developed based on their feedback. Adaptations were based on user satisfaction and usability.

Problem:

During our research, we found that the site was overly text-heavy and lacked consistent brand identity across its pages. Certain sections were not engaging enough to capture users' attention, which likely led to a diminished interest in exploring events or completing checkouts.
