The Creative Director of Virgin Wines, needed us to investigate voucher redemption flows for new subscribers, project details pages, case detail pages, gift detail pages and the wine review system.

We completed an heuristic markup on all screens that needed redesigning so that we could analyse pain points, what works well, questions we had and recommendations for improvements.
An insight we found from all the screens is the information didn't seem organised which didn't give good structure.
User flows helped us see how the users would go through the website and potential pain points that they could experience.
We completed some competitor analysis which included, the brands name, popularity, pros, cons and our general notes.
These gave us insights to the brands and how they have good pieces of UI. We notices quite a few brands prioritise structure and it's easy to navigate.
